Information you provide

BossChill Creative Studio collects business inquiries through the project inquiry form. The form asks for your name, email, creative service and project brief, and lets you provide a company and an optional timeline. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your brief.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a possible project and administer those communications. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information for advertising.

Storage and access

Inquiries are saved through a server-side process to a private inquiry record in Lovable Cloud. There is no public access to these records. Authorized studio personnel and hosting or service providers involved in processing may access information as needed to operate the site and handle inquiries. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

We use Resend, connected through Lovable, to send a project inquiry notification to the studio and a nonmarketing acknowledgement to you. Inquiry details are included in the studio notification; your name and email are used for the acknowledgement. These providers process the information needed to send and manage those emails.

Technical information

Hosting and service providers may process normal technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs and error diagnostics, to deliver, secure and maintain the site. The site uses hosted fonts and media, which may also involve requests to their providers.

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this site. Hosting-related diagnostics may still be processed by the providers operating it.

How long we keep information

We generally keep inquiry information no longer than needed to respond, administer a potential or ongoing project, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule.

Corrections, deletion and questions

Email studio@bosschill.com or use the project inquiry form to ask about your personal inquiry information or request that it be corrected or deleted. Choose “Not sure” if no creative service applies and explain your request in the brief. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and may retain information where needed for applicable legal obligations.
